Finally...
After loosing our buyer at point of exchange a week before Christmas, and left with a hefty solicitors bill and a vacant house for 6 months...
We now have a family, as of yesterday who have moved in, and are renting if for 6 months with a view to buying it...
Fingers crossed...
Now we can eat, drink and be merry and enjoy a Swedish Summer

Phew, indeed, Julie. What a worry for you. My friend in Islington is going through the process of selling at the moment and her and her hubby are nervous wrecks with it all! Hope your tenants end up buying. Hey, you could buy a house in Scotland then?????!!!!! Have a great weekend Julie.
