CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

These were a slight variation of the recipe tried and tested on http://www.annesfood.blogspot.com/ IN ENGLISH http://www.annesmat.blogspot.com/ I SVENSKA.

We added some LINDT EXCELLENCE 70% Intense Orange flavour chocolate, to the plain...a bit extravagant I know, but basically I messed up...I only bought a 100g bar of plain chocolate and the recipe said 170g. Oh dear... Never mind! IT WAS MY SECRET STASH!   But it did the trick, it worked.  The Cookies were delicious.

My youngest son and I  baked  together this afternoon... I saved half the dough mixture and put it in the fridge in a plastic bag, so that when my other son returns from Stockholm, tomorrow he can bake some TOO!.  Fair's, fair!
