We are soo lucky! What an exciting find!

Thanks to the boys... whilst waiting for the girls and the canoes to arrive they decided to have a quick forage and bagged these! Many thanks to TB, a professional LOL! He has spent many summers in Sweden, foraging with his Farfar (Grandad) for all sorts of different mushrooms. He taught him well :)

They were delicious pan-fried in butter with finely chopped onions and a dollop of creme fraiche to make a sauce of the juices.... Hmmmm Yum Yum!
